It is often said we can only identify with someone when we walk a mile in their shoes. That's the premise behind Walk a Mile in My Shoes, the Rescue Mission's one-mile winter walk.
If you live in or near Auburn, Binghamton or Syracuse, where the Rescue Mission provides services, here's an opportunity to join with people in other communities to walk for our homeless neighbors.
Ask your family, friends and co-workers to walk or support your efforts. Share your experience over hot beverages and snacks. We'll walk together to help change the lives of our hurting neighbors.

Grace Baptist Church Activity Center, 197 Robinson Street, Binghamton
Rescue Mission Recreation Center, 122 Dickerson Street, Syracuse
